Intel and Friends of Maddie will both be at the BlogHer conference in Chicago, July 24-25! The BlogHer Dell Netbook Giveaway will be open to the attendees of BlogHer ‘09 and the winner will be announced on Thursday, July 23rd at the Room 704 Party. To win , all you need to do is leave a comment, on this page, with your name and Twitter id (if you have one). Use a valid email address. One comment per person will be accepted. Additional comments will be deleted.
*If you previously donated prior to the Netbook sweepstakes rule change, you are still eligable to leave a comment. As a bonus, we will also double the number of entries you previously had. So if you donated $10, you will now receive four entries into the giveaway for the Netbook, rather than two.*
Because this is really all about launching our Friends of Maddie Non-Profit Organization, we are still gratefully accepting donations. Each donation you make allows us to achieve our mission – to support families supporting their critically ill babies. It takes $25 to fund each Family Support Pack. Our goal is to, one day, have them in each NICU in the country. For any donation you make, please leave an additional comment! During the BlogHer conference, Heather & Meghan will be accepting donations for the Friends of Maddie Organization. Donations will also be accepted at the Room 704 Party. Contest Rules:
The winner of the BlogHer Giveaway will receive a Dell Mini 10 in Passion Purple! The winner will be chosen from all eligible comments and previous donations using Random.org. The draw will take place at the Room 704 Party on Thursday, July 23rd. The winner need not be in attendance at the party, but MUST be a registered BlogHer conference attendee. They will receive a Gift Certificate for their new netbook, which will be redeemable at the Intel Booth in the BlogHer Geek Lab during the conference. If the winner does not claim the gift certificate, or the Netbook, before the end of the conference, a new winner will be chosen from all eligible entries. No purchase is necessary to win. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
